Love the app. It keeps track of everything you need and help you focus on the training that matters. I'd give 5 stars if it had: (1) the option to share custom exercises with other people (a temporary link/QR?) (2) The support for gifs (and videos?) when adding a custom exercise. Please keep improving and don't abondan the project! A pay wall is maybe okay, but please add an option to pay for removing the ads that is not a subscription!
This App is fantastic, really great for advance and begginers. I have been training for years, but this app has changed my training to introduce new exercise that increases better over all size and conditioning. I have used other apps, but this definitely is the best I have found and used. Well done guys for making this app possible. I have been trying for over 35 years, this says something about this app, when I can benefit from it. Use it fantastic. THANK YOU.
Good for beginners.. I was mislead, take MY advice.. Pros: -This app gives you a good range of different exercises for many different muscle groups. -Has videos to help. Keeps somewhat of a history of your workouts. Cons: - this is not your personal trainer, for the price you pay it doesn't keep track of how you should workout is just gives you a baseline of exercises - too pricey, should keep track of you - just overall garbage save your money and create your own workout plan..
It completely missed my expectations, I was looking to get some level of flow and kinda coaching approach where this is only the data collection app with multiple bugs and issues. (Eg. Exercise showing as double, timer can't be switched off without closing the app, no reps option) Also it lacks flexibility in customising your workouts. Unfortunately I've paid the subscription for 1y :( Another app that is lacking trail option.
Like every other app I thought it would be useless, few seconds of app browsing was all it took for that perspective to change. Amazing delicious recipes and outstanding exercises for many muscles around the human body. I am certain that I will obtain guaranteed results with the help of my determination, diet, and exercice also not forgetting THIS APP, as without it I would be doing many exercises that could've potentially gave me negative results. Thank you for a great app.
