BEST SUPPLEMENTS FOR WOMEN (2018)
Here are my TOP 4 Best Supplements For Women. This is my honest opinion (no sponsorships here… and no bro science either!) All of these are supplements & brands that I take & recommend.
However, I’m not a big fan of taking supplements… there is no substitute for HEALTHY eating & good ol’ fashioned SLEEP! So please don’t waste your money on unnecessary supplements that are full of additives & nasty fillers.
X NO PROTEIN POWDERS (you can easily get enough protein from food)
X NO PREWORKOUT (this stuff is toxic – opt for more natural options like green tea or coffee)
X NO FAT BURNERS (there’s no magic pill or potion – just clean up your diet & manage your stress!)
Please note: I highly recommend that you get your blood works done by a general practitioner to see if you are actually DEFICIENT in anything first, before you spend money on supps!
Supplements should never substitute a healthy diet…
