Get to work on burning fat and building lean muscle with this total body at home cardio circuit.
To complete this full body at home cardio circuit you’ll just need a moderately heavy set of dumbbells (I used 5kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength levels), your towel and your water bottle.
There are 4 circuits that make up this total body cardio with weights workout. Complete 2 Rounds of each of the circuits, working for 45 seconds and having 15 seconds to rest.
