FITNESS VLOG: new diet for fat loss, tracking macros, & healthy banana bread recipe

Banana Bread Recipe:
⅓ cup melted coconut oil or extra-virgin olive oil or high quality vegetable oil*
½ cup honey or maple syrup
2 eggs
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 ½ medium or 2 large bananas)
¼ cup milk of choice or water
1 teaspoon baking soda (NOT baking powder; they aren’t the same!)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more to swirl on top
1 ¾ cups white whole wheat flour or regular whole wheat flour
Optional: Add in chocolate chips/almonds/whatever else you want 🙂

Instructions:
Preheat Oven to 325
In large bowl beat oil, honey, eggs, bananas, and milk
Add in the dry ingredients (baking soda, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon)
Lastly, stir in the flour & any extra ingredients you want to add!
Bake for 55-60 minutes (until you can stick a toothpick through and it comes out clean)
Let cool and enjoy 🙂
