Today I decided to live a typical day in the life of an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder on contest prep.
I followed the exact routine of Canadian IFBB Pro Renaldo Gairy that consisted of 7 meals spread 2-3 hours apart. Each meal was full of nutrient dense whole foods and A LOT of protein. I ended the day over 4,000 CALORIES!
To end of the day, I had the opportunity to train with Renaldo where he takes me through a classic back workout he would do during his prep 6 weeks out. Tons of giant sets and super sets and a sh*t ton of volume!
Going through this day was tough! I gained so much respect for people in this sport because it’s such a commitment.
