A little mix of mobility and aerobic work to just get the body moving through space. Here is the basic body weight setup:
40 Spider-Man Steps
30 Skater Hops
20 Seal Jacks
10 T-Pushups
Rest 1 minute & Repeat
10 T-Pushups
20 Seal Jacks
30 Skater Hops
40 Spider-Man Steps
If you hate doing mobility or find yourself skipping a proper warmup ~try this quick movement prep series prior to your next workout.
