Bench Press 5×5
Superset with Close grip diamond pushup 5xAMRAP

Deadlift 5×5
Superset with machine dips 5xAMRAP

Squats 3×5
Superset with leg press 3×6-8
Superset with lunges 3×4-6 (each leg)

Shoulder Press 3×5
Superset with lateral raise 3×6-8
Superset with rear delt flys 3×8-10

One dumbbell curl 2×8-10
Superset with bench dips 2×8-10
Superset with hanging leg raises 2xAMRAP
Superset with rope crunches 2xAMRAP
