MAIN WORKOUT: 4 Rounds /30s Active / 10s Rest Between each Exercise

2) Single Arm Push-up – Right
3) Single Arm Push-up – Left
4) 1 1/2 Lateral Raise
5) Front Raise to Bicep Curl
6) Double Arm Triceps Kickback
