Complete Workout:

1. Bench Dip 15-20 Reps
2. Dumbbell Curls 15-20 Reps

Do 4 rounds of these 2 exercises back-to-back

3. Pushups 15-20 Reps
4. Mid-Line Curl 15-20 Reps

Do 3 rounds of these 2 exercises back-to-back

5. Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Extension 15-20 Reps
6. Seated Bicep Curls 15-20 Reps

Do 3 rounds of these 2 exercises back-to-back
