Oats:

1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Banana
Frozen berries

Rice cakes :

Chocolate peanut spread:
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp cacao powder
1tsp maple syrup

Top with fruits of choice

Hummus wrap :

2 tbsp hummus
1 cup spinach
1 carrot
Red onions
1 Whole wheat wrap
Quinoa
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
